www.sencha.com on

Excerpt: In our last HTML5 scorecard, we took a look at the Microsoft Surface vs. the iPad gen4 and gave our nod to the iPad as the best HTML5 platform on tablets. This time, we’re putting the just launched BlackBerry Z10 running the new BlackBerry 10 OS through the test wringer. Going in, we were expecting very good things from the Z10. Introducing BlackBerry 10 Support to Sencha Touch
www.sencha.com on

Excerpt: We’re excited to announce the availability of BlackBerry 10 support for Sencha Touch! Developers can use Sencha Touch 2. 1. 1 to create amazing web applications that run fantastically well on the BlackBerry 10 browser. RIM's Developer Bribery Is Working
www.gizmodo.co.uk on

Excerpt: RIM’s BB10 ambitions are coming along nicely, with developers responding in huge numbers to the blatant cash bribe offered to get their apps up on BlackBerry App World and ready for BB10′s imminent launch. The sudden influx of BB10 apps isn’t entirely due to optimism about a return to form for the struggling BlackBerry maker. RIM has been running a “Port-a-thon” event, where developers are given $100 a time in return for making their tools work properly with BB10. If you’re an amateur developer with 20 crappy Android wallpaper apps floating about, it’s been a very profitable week.... read the full post.
